🍽️ Dinner Ideas for the Week Ahead: September 11-17

Meal Plan for September 11-17

Monday: Creamy Corn Pasta. This has been a favorite this fall with fresh summer corn. Use a quality frozen corn if you don't have fresh. Keep it meatless, or add chicken.

Tuesday: Cottage Pie. Uses ground beef and freezer veggies.

Wednesday: Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. Step by step instructions for a classic southern dish.

Thursday: Farmer's Market Chili. Use up those garden veggies! This uses ground turkey so is a healthy option for the week.

Sunday: Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken. We feed 7-8 college kids lunch on Sundays after church, and this was the first meal I fixed them for the new school year. They love it, and it's easy.

Dessert of the Week: Apple Crisp. I doubled this recipe and cooked it in our slow cooker recently. So many options, and it is delicious every time!
